No matter the goals—second citizenship, visa-free travel, or kids’ education—Smart Citizenship helps people around the world without a hassle. To help in our growth strategy we are looking for a Sales Associate for our Lisbon office.
 
       What is the mission?
Managing the CRM and keeping the contacts database up to date.
Weekly reports on new leads, conversions and lost leads as well as agents performance.
Attending fairs and international events with the sales team.
Assisting deal sourcing and acting as the 1st point of contact with developers.
Assisting the sales process from the initial lead stages up until the transfer of funds. The task encompasses follow-up calls, documentation as well as coordination with intermediary agents and lawyers.
Participate in client meetings and new business presentations, as required.
Participate in property tours, as needed.
Develop follow-up materials for clients, e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect or client presentations, coordinate information with other departments and brokers as needed.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders within the existing investors database.
 
       What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in relevant areas
At least 2 years of industry experience and strong understanding of real estate fundamentals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Native fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in another language is an asset.
High interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills with a capacity of closing transactions
Proactive, showing initiative and being self-motivated
Results oriented and strong analytical skills
Ability to propose practical solutions to problems.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Windows; MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point
Adaptable to the intricacies of doing business across vast distances in different worldwide markets
Meticulous attention to detail, as 50% of the sales process is about having the investor collect the right documents for their application to invest.
Ability to coordinate between two teams in different headquarters and time zones with the first one being Lisbon and the second one in Istanbul.
