We are currently recruiting for an amazing project for the largest social networking that allows registered users to create profiles, upload photos and videos, send messages and keep in touch with companies, friends, and family.To join our client’s team in Lisbon, we are looking for a Sales Advocate (m/f).
Your Job:
As a Sales Advocate, you will be the first sales point of contact via phone and chat in Hebrew, setting the foundation for long-term customer relationship.
By promoting a positive and collaborative experience for prospects, you will help them to learn about, engage with, implement and purchase products. You will understand customer needs, identify opportunities and generate sales qualified opportunities and revenue pipeline. You will also provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios and position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
Profile:
-Native or fluency in Arabic and at least B2 level of English (mandatory);
-Team-player and willing to join a multicultural environment;
-Excellent PC and Internet skills;
-Being driven by customer satisfaction;
-Proactive and a problem solver.
The offer:
Training – Monday to Friday, during 15 days;
Workload – Monday to Sundays, from 08am to 6pm;
Contract – directly with our client;
Conditions – Gross base salary 860€ + Meal Allowance + Christmas and Holiday allowance.
