Responsibilities:
- Deliver service and support customers by phone in the Russian language.
- Give information, solutions on the offered products/services.
- Update all new customers' requests in the company' software.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment

Who we are looking for?
Must be native in Russian language
Must be able to read, speak, and understand the English language (at least B1 level)
