Competências:
Ideal Profile:- Degree in Engineer/Business Management/Exact Science fields;
- Previous experience in Operations, Process Improvement area or Business Analysis;
- SAP knowledge;
- Process orientation with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
- Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks;
- Strong written and oral communication and facilitation skills;
- Team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude;
- Cultural awareness;
- English fluency.

- Work with the client customers and project team to analyze and assess automation feasibility;
- Running workshops/meetings with customers to understand the activity while assess automation potential and identifying any automation blockers;
- Prepare detailed process documentation including Business Blueprint, UserStory, Userguide following the RPA best practices defined;
- Build test scenarios, coordinate UAT and prepare go-live for RPA;
- Support and/or participate in project planning and RPA communication;
- Identify and support Change Management activities related with RPA implementation.
