Then we have the right job for you!Currently, we're recruiting Retail Back Office Supporters (m/f) for One of the top multinational technology companies that create and develops electronics, computer software and online services
As a Retail Back Office Support (m/f), your main responsibilities are:
- Extreme meticulousness in handling SAP documents. (SAP training provided)
- Liaise with B2B partners to expedite shipping investigations related to Retail orders.
- Maintain high-grade relations with customers by outreaching in strict time schedules. Utilize outstanding empathy skills to restore the relationship during unexpected and unfortunate circumstances.
Profile:
- Native or fluency in French/ Turkish / German or Italian (mandatory);
- Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Rigorous ability to follow procedures
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Be detail oriented.
Workload: from Monday to Sunday, between 07h - 22h
Conditions:
Turkish market > RBM 1114€ + Meal allowance + Training Bonus + Bonus after the training;
German market > RBM 957€ + Meal allowance + Training Bonus + Bonus after the training + Extra bonus until 600€;
French and Italian market > RBM 857€ + Meal allowance + Training Bonus + Bonus after the training.
