Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Responsible of Coporate Communication (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the local Comms plan (Internal and external) and align with WEM Comms plan to homogeneize messages and activities;
- Define, execute and align the local Comms activities internally (Update content for internal channels);
- Increase the eNPS of the employees with the different events and communication promoted from Internal Comms and Talent;
- Support the global functions of WEM (Sponsorships, Corporate Social Responsability, Finance, IT, GRM…) that are coordinated and centralized but requires local support and local adaptation;
- Be the reference for WEM local Leaders in each country to help them with Comms and the strategy they could need, and with spokesperson to define the messages and help them with the public events representing the Company;
- Be the reference for internal queries of the areas to know how to communicate local internal activities so that employees or press know them in the right way;
- Enhance the external relations with medias, press, and external stakeholders to increase the visibility of our brands;
- Define and generate external content: press release, press conferences, mediastories, annual report, studies, etc.;
- Provide information to Brand Department and Social Media to align contents;
- Coordinate locally the PR crisis and be the contact to align it with WEM

Competências:
Profile:- Journalism, Press Learnings or Marketing Degree;
- Experience in Public Relations role, knowledge about Internal Communications;
- Written and Communication skills;
- Knowledge about how to manage the PR (medias), and Knowledge about how a company works;
- Fluent in English;
- Creative, proactive and innovative;
- Good interpersonal relationship and team work skills;
