Key tasks/ activities:
- Statistical and Data base analysis.
- Identify market opportunities and trends;
- Prepare materials for client meetings and face-to-face market presentations.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree in communication, journalism or similar;
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus;
- Analytical capacity;
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;
- Critical analysis;
- A desire to explore new areas of knowledge within the real estate industry;
- Efficient use of all Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent English.
