At this moment, for Kelly EMEA Team (Lisbon), we are looking for a Reporting & Invoicing Specialist, for the following tasks:
- Receiving and reviewing all the invoices from the countries
- Querying the invoices
- Ensuring the invoices from the countries reconcile with the country reports
- Consulting countries on the process and rates
- Managing out of compliance rates
- Creating consolidated invoicing reports
- Creating monthly operational reports and dashboards
- Consulting with operations on the trends and outliers
- Working closely with the Project Controlling to ensure delivery of the project on-time and on-budget

We are looking for someone with:
- BA degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent education
- 3-5 years working experience
- Proven experience in a billing role in an international environment (multiple locations and currencies)
- Good understanding of VAT rules and implications in the EU
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable using MS office tools
- Excellent Excel user, able to build and analyze reports in Excel
- Ability to question operations and advise them on the best approach for Kelly
- Independent worker, comfortable working in the virtual team
- Ability to manage different stakeholders on the country base
