Job Description
Work Location: Remote – anywhere in Portugal
Start: August and September 2025
Language: Fluent German (minimum C1 – will be tested)
Schedule: Full-time – Rotating or fixed shifts – 40 hours/week
Desired Profile:
Fluent or native German
Residence in Portugal
With a stable internet connection
Legal documentation to work in Portugal
Good communication skills and empathy
Interest in working in multicultural and dynamic environments

We work with 8 different call center companies, offering roles such as:
- Customer Support (Inbound)
- Technical Support
- B2B Digital Sales
- Advertising and Social Media Support
- Case Analysis (Financial/Banking)
Conditions Offered:
Gross monthly salary between $1,200 and $1,800 (depending on (project, schedule, and experience)
Meal allowance included
Monthly performance bonuses
Paid initial training and/or contract signing on the first day
Possibility of a permanent contract
