responsabilidades chave
Developing the regulatory reporting framework and operating model;Producing current regulatory reports;
Assessing, developing and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas - automated and manual - associated with regulatory reporting function;
Designing, testing, and implementing business solutions;
Reviewing requirements as a Subject Matter Expert (SME and interpreting data);
Planning, designing, and managing deliverables for assigned regulatory reports;
Maintaining and developing high-quality relationships with business contributors, as well as internal and external stakeholders;
Initiating and driving continuous improvements in Global Reporting processes;
Working closely with our financial and accounting teams to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in all future regulatory applications;
Communicating issues with the appropriate data owners;
Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate solutions;
Maintaining strong financial control across Global Reporting;
Managing problems and issues identified in reconciliations and report preparation;
Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting.
competências
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics or similar;Direct experience working with IFRS accounting standards;
Experience working with COREP, FINREP, CRC and statistical reporting;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Ability to make sense of regulation and develop processes & frameworks to compile new reports as well as enhance existing ones;
Experience as an Auditor in big 4, regulatory reporting, financial controlling or chief accountant will be valued;
A self-starter and independent worker;
Well organised to help plan and deliver to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
