Join our Dynamic Team at ISG Personalmanagement in Portugal! As a Recruiter 360°, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from business development and profiling to research and placement, focusing on a specific sector or segment within your specialized field.Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, ideally with a strong track record of the entire recruiting process circle 360° from acquiring positions to placing candidates successfully.
- Proficient in executing the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial profile assessment to final placement.
- In-depth knowledge of a specific sector/industry and segment, including clients and key decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and effectively utilize various sourcing channels from our own ai-connected database to Linkedin and others we invested in and provide access to.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
- International experience is a plus.

The position will be based in our offices in Lisbon or remote and can be as a freelancer or contract (depending on the candidate's needs). Additionally, we provide comprehensive training on our systems and processes to ensure your success as a Recruiter 360°. You will have regular online exchange sessions and on-site support, covering all aspects of the 360° recruiting process and reporting to our Country Manager for Portugal.
