Our Client is a Specialist in multilingual outsourcing service company that has the goal of expanding their business in the Portugal market.They want to admit for immediate entry: Real Time Analyst
The Real Time Analyst will be responsible of intraday performance Management to ensure that the KPIs/SLAs of each campaign/project or Lines of business supported are met and maximized. RTA will be supporting multiple campaigns/projects. He/ She will also do adhoc reports depending on his/ her focus given by his/her direct manager.
What we Offer:
- Contract with the final client;
- Base salary: 1250€ (Gross)/ month;
- Meal allowance: 7€/day;
- Performance Bonus – Quarterly – up to 300€ (Gross).
Competências:
Requirements:- English C2 level written and spoken;
- Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma or short course certificate, bachelors or college degree (any field);
- At least 1 year and half of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Ability to function in a team environment, providing the necessary support and assistance to various levels from management team;
- Must be available to work rotating schedules including nights and weekends;
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel;
Strong analytical skills, understanding complex reporting and data transformations from multiple sources.
