Job Description:
As a Real Estate Professional with 2-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to help individuals, families and business to make Portugal their next investment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Research and identify potential partners including investors, landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication.
• Negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with potential partners, ensuring alignment of interests, objectives, and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conduct due diligence on potential partners and projects and regulatory compliance.
Update the CRM system and company website to maintain accurate records of partner portfolio.
Communicating fluently in both Portuguese (native) and English (C1/C2).
Qualifications:
A master’s degree in Economics, Management, or other equivalent;
2-3 years of hands-on experience in real estate in Portugal;
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
