Competências:
Profile:- technical recruiter with previous experience of 4 years hiring IT profiles in Portugal, who knows the marketplace, competitors and how to attract best IT talent;
- fluency in English.
Principais responsabilidades
Main responsibilities:- manage talent acquisition programs and process to achieve client satisfaction through recruitment delivery excellence;
- be a hiring manager partner to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.);
- complete recruiting forms and candidate file;
- work with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process;
- monitor performance and status metrics.
