As a RPO IT Consultant you will be on our client office, fully focused on leading and improving talent attraction.
Competências:
- consultant with previous experience of 1 year in recruitment, who knows the marketplace, competitors and how to attract best talent;- fluency in English is mandatory.
Principais responsabilidades
- manage talent acquisition programs and process to achieve client satisfaction through recruitment delivery excellence;- be a hiring manager partner to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.);
- work with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process.
