Our RPO clients marketplace: IT; Services; Manufacturing; Financial.
Competências:
Profile:- consultant with previous experience of 2 years in recruitment, who knows the marketplace, competitors and how to attract best talent;
- fluency in English is mandatory.
Principais responsabilidades
Main responsibilities:- manage talent acquisition programs and process to achieve client satisfaction through recruitment delivery excellence;
- be a hiring manager partner to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.);
- work with Talent Acquisition team, HR team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process.
