Mission or Purpose of the RAN Engineer?
Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Work with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solve technical problems and ensures network performance optimization.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Network Performance reporting (2G, 3G, 4G);
- Network Performance analysis and troubleshooting (2G, 3G, 4G);
- Network Performance optimization (2G, 3G, 4G);
- Tracing & failures analysis;
- CQA support;
- VOLTE RCA;
- Benchmarking, Optimization and Drive-test reports creation and analysis.
- Integration into an attractive project;
- Personal and professional growth.
Competências:
Skills & Experience we are looking for:- Bachelors Degree or equivalent;
- Good Communication and interpersonal Skills;
- RAN knowledge;
- Process Orientation;
- Time Management;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Self-starter and pro-active;
- Self-motivated and works well under pressure;
- Fluent English.
