For their Shared Service Center they are looking for a Query Management and Payments team member with the following responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact into the Shared Service Center for supplier queries
Manage all initial queries and tickets raised
Regularly review tickets and calls to ensure they are being closed off efficiently and in accordance with our Suppliers needs
Run and validate prelim payment files from the AP Ledger and circulate for business approvals
Finalized approved payment files into final and process up onto the Group payment tool
Profile:
Completed High School (mandatory);
Education in Management, Finance or Accounting is a plus;
Proficiency in English Level C 1 minimum (mandatory);
Organization and attention to detail;
Proactivity;
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory);
Good knowledge of P2P / Query Management processes acquired in an international company;
Previous experience in a Shared Service Center (preferential).
Location: Paço de Arcos, Lisbon District, Portugal
