The Quality Manager ensures that Quality Management System is implemented and maintained. He/she is acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Directly responsible for all Quality Assurance matters in the French branch and with involvement worldwide under the Global QA Manager.-Maintain in continually improve Quality Management System (eQMS);
-To develop and continually improve the awareness of staff in the requirements of GDP and best practice for applying GDP to activities;
-To ensure that the training required within each department, as determined by department managers, is carried out and recorded;
-Monitor, track and resolve for Nonconformity in the ISO system including complaint from the customer;
-Facilitate the handling and escalation of Quality Issues;
-Preparing the CAPA log for all offices, supervising all actions that conclude on the appropriate close out;
-Host customer audits and Regulatory inspections;
-Involvement to complete Quality questionnaires for RFQ, pre-audits and other customers potential requirements;
-Tracking and overseeing all commitments for actions or changes made from previous customer audits;
-Keeping records of all qualification and validation activities performed for critical equipment (in partnership with the cold chain manager);
-Responsible for the accuracy of the documentation system. - Determine system irovements and implement change.

Competências:
Bachelor of Science degree in science, engineering or other relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or other regulated field (mainly GMP and/or GDP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, quality systems and/or regulatory compliance| Distrito | Lisboa | ||||||
