Competências:
Requirements:We are looking for people who are passionate for customer managements and have:
-12th grade (preferential);
-Experience as a quality analyst (preferential);
-Experience as coach (preferential);
-Good communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure;
-Fluent in English (B2 Level);
-Fluent in German (C1 level).
Principais responsabilidades
In a back-office environment you will have to monitoring the quality of agents' work relative to their SLA's and coach them.Oferta
What We Offer:-Contract with the final client;
-Base salary: 1450€/ month;
-Meal allowance: 7€/ day;
-Quarterly bonus - up to 15% from the 3 month salaries (paid after evaluation month (on the 4th month);
-Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), as well as any other combination up to 3 shifts round-the-clock.
