The main responsibilities are:
Ensure communication between Procurement to Pay (PtP) Service Center and its stakeholders;
Deliver day to day standardized answers to process requests;
Keeping track of the data through adapted tools;
Deliver top quartile first touch resolution via ERP;
Troubleshooting capabilities;
Perform day to day operations via request handling;
Voice support in requester language;
Solution to requests via ERP edition capabilities in SAP MM and FI modules;
Time and accuracy;
Quality Compliance.
