Randstad Shared Services Center was challenged by Solvay to find a Purchasing Customer Relations Representative to join their purchasing team in Carnaxide.
what you´ll do:
Ensure communication between Service Center and its stakeholders in the french market
Deliver day to day standardized answers to process requests
Ticketing handling related to Accounts Payable
Outbound calls for bank detail confirmation
Troubleshooting capabilities
Perform day to day operations via ticket handling
Voice support in requester language
Solution to requests via ERP edition capabilities in SAP MM and FI modules
Time and accuracy

Competências:
