For their global service centre and to help them grow their Purchasing team, we’re looking for a Purchasing Administrative with fluency in English (m / f). Solid knowledge of French is valued.
These professionals will be responsible for reconciling received invoices, analysing anomaly invoices, handling VAT differences, requesting information, tracking invoice status, amongst other tasks related to the position.
We look for candidates with the following profile:
- Proficiency in English - native level or C level (eliminatory);
- Very good knowledge of French language (preferential);
- Degree in finance (accounting, management, economics > eliminatory);
- Good knowledge of excel;
- Experience in similar functions (preferential);
- Ability to communicate and listen;
- Sense of responsibility and taste for making decisions.
Place of work: Miraflores.
