• We are looking for a  PSI Assistant [Planeamento Suporte Vendas] ••

O que terás de fazer

•  Weekly Monitoring of Sell In and Sell Out.

•  Forecast Sell Out and review with KAM weekly, projecting a SO forecast as baseline.

•  Monitoring main PSI KPIs.

• Support Sales team in planning and PSI, being responsible for system update.

• Make the bridge with KAM and PM projecting short term forecast with KAM and Long term with PM.

• Support Sales team in conciliations and ad-hoc requests.

O que precisas de garantir

• Positive mindset

• 1 or 2 years of experience

• Background in management, economics or engineering preferably

• Proactive

• Good Communication Skills

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage different tasks and at same time

• Microsoft Excel and  Power BI;

• Problem Solver;

• Proactive;

• Proficient in spoken and written English
