Competências:

Principais responsabilidades
You will do:Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP;
Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures;
Follow up on material/services delivery on time;
Manage customer requests via ticket or phone;
Prioritize urgent requests;
Maintain close relationship with our customers;
Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives.
