Randstad Shared Services Center is helping Solvay to find a Provisioning Junior Representative to work in their Shared Service Center in Carnaxide.
Competências:
do you think you can handle it? If you have:Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish (Mandatory);
Strong customer orientation;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Detail oriented and ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise;
Practical person with troubleshooting capabilities;
Excellent team player;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Positive attitude;
Adaptability.
Nice to have skills:
Accounting background;
Another European language;
SAP experience.

Principais responsabilidades
You will do:Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP;
Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures;
Follow up on material/services delivery on time;
Manage customer requests via ticket or phone;
Prioritize urgent requests;
Maintain close relationship with our customers;
Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives.
