Principais responsabilidades
You'll be based in Solvay Business Services Carnaxide offices, allocated to a temporary project.Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
Follow up of these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
Follow up on material/services delivery on time
Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
Prioritize urgent requests
Maintain close relationship with our customers
Actively contribute in continuous improvement methodology, taking direct ownership of proposed initiatives
