RESPONSABILITIES:
o Supports the SRE Country and location Leads in order to get the Rollout initiation, preparation, execution and completion according to global transition project processes and principles.
o Acts as interface to all relevant global project work streams
o Identifies and tracks issues identified in the countries in cooperation with other project work streams
o Supports the SRE location Managers regarding tasks and approvals according to the changing needs of the project.
o Align WiFi First project activities and time line with potentially other projects, e.g. HW-refresh, VOIP
o Be the prime contact for Success Managers in the region (PEOS, UN, BN)
o Prioritizing country & location planning, control the process and provide support, as necessary.
o Timely provision of Status Reports, Rollout Plan etc.
o Drive Weekly team meetings and represent the work stream in weekly global team meetings
o Escalation point for country leads
o Set up local hyper care team during rollout, ensure ITIL processes are lived as defined globally
REQUIREMENTS:
o Degree or Master Degree in Management or related;
o Minimum five years of experience as Project Manager;
o Two years of experience Managing programs;
o Proven experience in Big Data or Business Intelligence;
o Certification PMP (mandatory);
o Fluent in English.
