Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave

your role:
identification, agreement and coordination of the project interfaces;
creation of project profiles and coordination of the service content with the clients/customers;
creation and representation of detailed project effort plans and project descriptions;
planning and controlling of the order management of project suppliers;
creation of detailed budget plans for projects;
creation and tracking of promotions;
global coordination of process/procedure requirements with the overall project interfaces;
develop defined procedure/process/industrialization concepts as a project;
economic feasibility study of projects;
coordination of service descriptions with the client/customer at project level;
integration planning of the projects in existing processes/procedures/ongoing production;
project representation to the next project reporting level;
development of manufacturing/process/quality procedure instructions;
development of rough specifications;
presentation and documentation of the sub-project status for quality, technology, costs and deadlines ? Identification of sub-project risks and initiation of risk minimization measures;
set up and moderate work progress meetings.

competências

If you have:
a degree in engineering or business administration and several years of professional experience or a comparable qualification acquired in another way;
experience in leading projects;
high resilience and assertiveness;
team & communication skills;
business fluent English (German desirable);
experience in MS Office and G Suite
