Principais responsabilidades
Define the business requirements, establish the funconal specificaons and write thespecificaon requirement document
Lead the project : planning, cost, reporng
Parcipate to the choice of the IT soluons
Organise the tests to validate the soluons
Define the communicaon process & the training methodology
Provide the support in terms of training and coaching of the users according to their needs
