PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F)Kelly IT Resources is recruiting a Production Manager (M/F) to integrate an enthusiastic company in Consumer Electronics sector.

RESPONSABILITIES:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and make the production more efficient. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, high dynamism, initiative and sense of responsibility and an excellent capacity of planning and organization:
o Create a PDT (Production Diagnosis Tester) report;
o Validation of the implemented Production Diagnosis;
o Generate automatic and reusable test cases;
o Reduce FOR (FallOutRate) and/or TNF (TroubleNotFound);
o Tested syntax (given by the diagnosis protocol); functionality (as expected);
o Reading out of programmed parameters;
o Development test support;
o KPI follow up.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or similar;
o Production management experience;
o Expertise know how in datasheet analysis;
o Excellent knowledge (theoretical and practical) in Software and Hardware;
o Good knowledge in protocols of communication;
o Experience in methods and test systems in production environment;
o Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
