Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Quality & Governance Analyst (m/f).
Competências:
University degree, preference Business, Management or Economics;Lean Six Sigma an advantage;
Excellent skills in both English and Portuguese, both verbal and written;
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
Excellent numeric and analytical skills;
Knowledge of insurance industry would be an advantage;
Principais responsabilidades
Identify and maintain a listing of key product processes;Identify opportunities to improve operation efficiencies / customer experience;
Design and implement quality checks on key processes including broker audits;
Management of day to day quality activities including monitoring results;
Support the development of a delegated authority’s structure with the day to day management of same once embedded;
Review and ongoing maintenance of Personal & Commercial Lines Underwriting;
Input into the annual review of policies and procedure;
Involvement in key department projects and key initiatives from a risk and process efficiency perspective;
Ensure good relationships between product owner and team members;
