At Randstad Portugal, the digital area is a main strategic area which relevance relies on innovation and the use of the latest technologies to support the creation of new business solutions.The company seeks a new product owner to strengthen this team in our systems, information and communications department.
Main responsibilities:
. Implement new products in collaboration with the business areas and Randstad Global
. Digging into product analytics and making data-driven suggestions for product improvements and tests
. Build business cases and define requirements/wireframes for new feature enhancements, products, and services
. Develop competitive intelligence initiatives and market analysis by capturing, analyzing, leveraging and sharing customer insights
. Support candidates and clients and train consultants in the new way of working

Competências:
Requirements:. Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
. 2 to 3 years of previous experience as a project manager, product manager, business / data analyst, management consultant or similar role
. Previous hands-on or project experience in data-driven departments ranging from data engineering to business, data analytics and digital (plus)
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Experience with Agile methodologies (plus)
. Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
Skilled in plan creation, and documentation practices
