360online print is a technology-driven multinational company, an e-commerce platform with the vision of being a one-stop shop for SME marketing products and services.We are recruiting for LISBOA candidates with the following profile:
Personal:
- A creative problem solver, able to autonomously resolve problems in a fast moving environment;
- Practical thinker, confident to build a successful and wide product catalog;
- Able to work across teams with a collaborative approach;
- Keen eye for detail;
- Aptitude for process optimization.
- Advanced Excel (PowerQuery is a plus);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience in market analysis;
- Customer centric mindset.
- Experience and knowledge of E-commerce Product Information Management;
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends);
- Data access and visualization skills (SQL,…);
- UX and SEO awareness;
- Fluency in languages of countries we sell to (Spanish, French, German, Italian,…);
- Product Management/Retail Vendor Management experience.
- Follow and analyze market trends to better position our products;
- Analyze and weekly report on product highlights, performance evolution and market fit;
- Accountable for the naming, categorization and launch of new products, while improving speed to market;
- Translate technical details into benefits for our target clients and continuously improve the value perception;
- Working closely with the Customer Care and other internal teams to gather key inputs from the client to solve common product information issues;
- Thoroughly checking product details to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness of our product catalog;
- Work with design, monetization and other teams to promote products.
Where you come from
- BSc/BA in Management, Engineering or similar field.We offer salary conditions based on professional experience, integration into a fast growing young company in a dynamic and innovative environment, as well as exposure to different geographic markets.
