- Ensure communication between Procurement to Pay (PtP) Service Center and its stakeholders
- Deliver day to day standardized answers to process requests
- Keeping track of the data through adapted tools
- Deliver top quartile first touch resolution via ERP
- Troubleshooting capabilities

Competências:
what you need to apply:- fluent in French AND Dutch. Both languages are mandatory
