You will be responsible for driving Procurement processes to excellence and helping Global Procurement achieve its desired Maturity level on all processes as part of the GOBS program implementation in Procurement, by optimizing process design, tools and help drive team performance and capability.responsabilidades chave
- Driving continuous improvement activities;
- Monitor Business system progress and participate in procurement improvement assessments as well as developing and ensuring follow-through on improvement plans;
- Work within Procurement to deliver targeted process improvement and excellent initiatives (e.g., Lean Six Sigma project execution, coaching and training);
- Organize events/workshops to drive knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices in procurement areas;
- Develop presentations to summarize findings and propose recommendations;
- Support standardization of Procurement processes and continuous improvement training materials;
- Contribute to the development of our OPEX program (GOBS) in procurement;
- Orchestrate and train the overall process owners' community within Global Procurement.
competências
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., industrial engineering or similar);
- Extensive Procurement process management experience;
- Project Management Experience;
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification recommended;
- 1-2 years of continuous improvement leadership, implementing process improvement programs supported by e.g., Lean and Six Sigma or other OPEX transformations, ideally in a transactional environment;
- Strong process engineering and data analysis skills;
- Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint and in the use of mini-tab tools;
- Ability and willingness to travel;
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills;
- Fluent in English (German and Spanish is a plus).
