Kelly Engineering Resources is recruiting a Procurement Manager for a successful Multinacional Company in the Évora region.Responsibilities:
- Plan & implement the overall supply chain strategy;
- Process purchase orders & B2B deliveries;
- Ensure coordination between demand, supply, implementation & quality of the supply chain and production;
- Follow-up of the productive process;
- Identify process bottlenecks & implement solutions in a timely manner;
- Provide constructive feedback;
- Identify best suppliers & distributors;
- Participate in internal and external audits;
- Build & maintain good relationships with vendors and key suppliers;
- Manage and train the Buyers and support teams;
Requirements:
- Degree in Electric or Electromechanical Engineering (preferred);
- Fluent in English;
- High level of team orientation, self-motivation & a strong drive for success;
- Cost awareness & process thinking;
- Flexible & realistic with the fast-changing nature of the environment & work;
- Natural born organizer who feels best in a fast-paced environment;
- Easy-going person who will have no problem communicating.
