We are looking for candidates with a native level of Spanish and fluency in English for the role of Procurement Analyst (m/f).
Main responsibilities:
Monitor and support suppliers registering to supplier portal
Conduct supplier's financial and other supplier risks due diligence
Constant process efficiency review and implementation of process automation
Collaborating with suppliers for information accuracy
Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns
Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes
Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services
Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency
Your Profile:
Native Spanish and Advanced English
Previous experience in Procurement processes
Analytical skills
Intermediate Office
Communication and analysis skills
Place of work: Great Lisbon area.
