Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.Our client is a multinational insurance Company, a worldwide reference in this sector. We are currently searching for a Privacy Analyst (m/f).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update of the Personal Data Register, including Article 30 records;
- Manage the data breach process in line with procedure: investigate, monitor the data breach up to the completion and drafting of meeting minutes;
- Manage Data Subject requests in line with procedure: investigate of request and draft
responses;
- Assist with the preparation of Data Protection Impact Assessments for new initiatives across
the business;
- Work closely with the Privacy Coordinator;
- Support the Data Protection Officer as required.

Competências:
Profile:- Academic background in Compliance, business or Legal (preferencial);
- Minimum of 6 months experience in data breaches, Data Subject requests and Data Privacy Impact Assessments;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Fluency in Spanish (preferencial);
- Good domain of MS Office;
- Good interpersonal relationship and team work skills;
- Excellent administration and organisational skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative;
- Self-motivated, able to plan and prioritise own workload in order to achieve deadlines;
- Willingness to grow within the organisation;
- Analysis skills are required;
