• Lead a team that deliver accurate and timely Pricing analysis to assist business decision making, financial planning, and strategy development;
• Designing and delivering the right analysis – customer focus;
• Ensuring that analysis is developed in line with best practices;
• Develop, analyze and monitor key performance indicators and assess expected and actual impact of pricing changes;
• Provide technical guidance on complex issues arising and as Subject Matter Expert input to evolving General Insurance (GI) Pricing strategy;
• Provide sophisticated Pricing options to the Company’s key Product & Pricing change committees to improve profit and volume outcomes;
• Provide clear and concise communication of technical Pricing work to technical and nontechnical audiences;
• Support the on-going review of pricing practices, recommending changes and improvements that meet best practice and business objectives and comply with company policies and guidelines;
• Develop solutions, under your own initiative, using sound actuarial/statistical approach to both new and routine Pricing problems;
• Work to integrate the WEM team into the Global Pricing function leveraging best practices and latest innovations and techniques;

• University degree in Mathematical, Statistical, Data Science or similar;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in GI Pricing role with people management experience;
• Strong analytical skills with previous experience of applying actuarial/statistical methodologies to business problems;
• Knowledge of modelling software: Emblem, RADAR: SAS, R or Earnix;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• Spanish is a plus;
• Strong understanding of the business and general insurance industry;
• Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to discuss ideas;
• Flexibility to travel.
