Kelly IT Resources is currently hiring an IT Specialist – IT Power BI - Finance Analysis Services for Lisbon and our client is a global medical products and technologies' company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, and critical care, and infusion devices. As part of our client's continued development, they are building an IT competency center in Lisbon, and require technically qualified, adaptable and ambitious IT professionals to support their mission to improve lives across the world.Position: IT Power BI - Finance Analysis Services
Role Summary: An opportunity has arisen for an Analysis Services Cube and Dashboard Developer in the PRADA Program. Reporting to the PRADA Power BI Lead, the Analysis Services resource will develop, refine and maintain Analysis Services Cubes and Dashboards aligned to PRADA Roadmap Finance workstream
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Proactively develop optimized and fit for purpose Analysis Services Cubes and Dashboards;
• Provide recommendations to Business Stakeholders on Cube structures and visualizations in Dashboards based on KPI’s and Business Reporting requirements aligned to PRADA Program Roadmap;
• Work with both onshore and offshore PRADA Team, including Business Analysts and Technical Team in delivering Analysis Services Cubes and Dashboards;
• Ability to work with large data sets and identify optimized solutions;
• Researching best practices across a variety of industries and disciplines and translates into relevant actions for data management improvements within the company;
• Displaying organizational savvy and knows how to leverage networks to bring information and points of view from different areas inside and outside the company;
• Actively challenging the status quo and capitalizing areas for improvement;
• Maintaining a balanced and well-reasoned position in the face of resistance.
Professional Competencies:
• Experience showcasing full capability and functionality of Power BI to End User community;
• Experience of working with Business Stakeholders and Business Analyst to gain Business Requirements for Analysis Services and Power BI Dashboard and Reports development
• Must have extensive Analysis Services and Power BI Dashboard and Reports experience with the ability to develop and implement a solution, including wireframes and prototype; Dashboards and Reports;
• Ability to apply Best Practice and Guidelines on Analysis Services aligned to EDW;
• Ability to apply Best Practice and Guidelines on Dashboard and Reporting development and governance across all Dashboard and Reporting developers;
• Experience of global deployments and working with global stakeholders.
Personal Competencies:
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong Stakeholder Management and understanding of Finance Business processes in addition to Analysis Services competencies;
• Mature attitude towards challenges and problem-solving - being able to work with limited guidance and able to determine the information needed to resolve more complex issues, manage pressure effectively and cope well with setbacks;
• Taking ownership of assigned responsibilities across full development lifecycle;
• Being able to work to tight deadlines and with changing Business priorities;

• Team player within internal PRADA Team and within Business Teams.
