Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. About this position
Our Information Management (IM) department for Corporate Functions and Transverse Products is partnering with all Airbus business functions: from touching Airbus employees in all divisions with our HR and Finance solutions, driving the group-wide strategy for Advanced Analytics & AI, right through to integrating our data-driven capabilities like Skywise in our Customer Airlines.
responsabilidades chave
? Monthly financial consolidation and reporting incl. purchase order follow-up? Quarterly support to financial forecast and OP preparation
? Support to collection and consolidation of projects workload and capacity balancing
? Monthly Headcount and JR tracking and support to annual Resource Review preparation
? Drive, follow-up and reporting of transverse actions, projects or KPIs, ensuring deadlines/ milestones are respected
? Support to Communication (internal / external) and events management
? Development and maintenance of GSites
competências
Degree in Finance, Business Administration or any related fieldStrong organizational skills, autonomous and result-oriented
Constantly looking for continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
Good knowledge of Google Suite, incl. design of GSlides / GSites
