We seek a talented Partnership & Contracts Manager to join our client's team. This could be your ideal opportunity if you are dedicated, organized, and proactive.Your role:
- Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
- Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well-maintained
- Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters
- Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
- Consistently generate and develop presentations, reports, and proposals for senior executives, highlighting achievements in partnerships, discussing upcoming strategies, and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed about the organization's future direction
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field (a relevant master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Contract Negotiation, Procurement or Supply Chain management
- Experience in Sales or Commercial area with strong negotiation skills
- Capacity to function independently, manage task prioritization, and adhere to timeframes within a dynamic work setting
- Fluent in Portuguese and proficiency in English
- Resident in Lisbon
- 40 hours per week with flexible working hours
- Salary range: €35,000-€40,000 gross per year
