Our client is a global medical products and technologies company, who is hiring a P2P Team Leader (m/f).

Key Duties&Responsabilities (and will not limited to):
Raising purchase orders using SAP, working with approvers to ensure PO's are released in a timely manner and within the agreed timeframes;
Working with Finance to ensure the Purchase order approval matrix is kept up to date and communicated to all who need it;
Maintain P2P Team records accurate;
Maintain and support improvement of the 'Purchase to Pay' process, policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders in order to drive efficiencies and strength controls;
Raise noncompliance to P2P policies;
Good maintenance of controls framework;
Good understanding of accounts payable and travel&expenses within a SSC environment;
Support the Share Service Center (SSC) to achieve high quality levels in service delivery;
Support training of new joiners;
Manage a team with different skills and cultures;
Ability to work independently delivering to tight deadlines.
Key skills:
Previous experience within Purchase to Pay / P2P role in a Share Service Center environment and of working in Global Business Services (GBS) is an advantage
-Qualifications
Business of Management degree or equivalent;
Recognized Finance qualification preferred;
SAP experience (mandatory).
-Language skills
English B1 (mandatory);
Portuguese (if not a native speaker B1);
Any other languages is a plus.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Good customer service skills;
Ability to work under pressure.
