For their Shared Service Center they are looking for an Order to Cash team member with the following responsibilities:
Credit Assessment
Customer Master Data Management
Invoice creation and accounting
Collet and apply cash
Distribute Management Level 1
Aged debt processing
Bank reconciliation
Credit check
Generate credit notes
Profile:
Completed High School (mandatory);
Education in Management, Finance or Accounting is a plus;
Proficiency in English Level C 1 minimum (mandatory);
Organizational and communicational skills;
Proactivity;
Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory);
Good knowledge of O2C processes acquired in an international company.
Location: Paço de Arcos, Lisbon District, Portugal
