Randstad was challenged to search for the best possible talent to work in the shared services centerYou'll be challenged to do your best in the following functions:
- Ensure that demand is captured in both manual and electronic order methods;
- Communicate with stakeholders in order to resolve exceptions/ failures for electronic and digitalized demand capture within the time period of defined service level agreement;
- Provide analysis and input into root causes for resolution of demand failures;
- Contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible;
- Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present;
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.

Competências:
what you need to apply:- Good level of English - (intermediate);
- Good level of one of the following languages: French OR German OR Dutch OR Danish;
- Preferential master degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics, but not mandatory;
- Previous Customer Service and/or order to cash experience will be a plus;
- Previous Supply Chain experience will be a plus;
- Team spirit and available to work in an open space environment;
- Good analysis skills and problem solving mind-set;
- Ability to manage priorities;
- Will to work in a multicultural environment.
