One of their core values is being driven to go further. Accordingly to this and for one of their final clients, who is an American multinational technology company, we’re helping them to grow their support team in Lisbon.

Currently and with this in mind, we’re recruiting an Order Administration Payments Specialist (m/f) with fluency in English and another linguistic skill to liaise and provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, Order Management on daily operational issues, resolution of customer queries and escalations in relation to all payment methods offered. This involves daily interaction with our payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds by credit/debit card, wire transfer, loan & lease, and other various payment methods.
The Specialists needs to be able to work in an information-sensitive environment, constantly changing environment. Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills, and very good accuracy and attention to detail would be key.

What do you need to have?
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral production and one of the following languages:
  • German;

  • Italian;
  • Spanish;
  • Dutch;
  • Polish;
  • Russian;
  • Turkish;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactivity and dynamism;
  • Strong results and customer orientation;
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
  • Very good accuracy and attention to detail - understand that it is the small details that can make the biggest difference;
