Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting an Operative Buyer Trainee for our client Siemens, in Alfragide.
For the Purchase to Pay Services (P2P) of our client, we are looking for an Operative Buyer Trainee with the follow responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely execution of various operational purchasing tasks based on the global P2P product catalogue for internal customers, e.g., invoice clarification, data completation of purchase requistions and purchases orders;
- Performance of internal controls according to company regulations and good receipt bookings;
- Prepare and maintain work instructions and guidelines related to the tasks;
- Perfom additional admistrative tasks related to the job;
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar (Preferable);
- Advanced language skill of English (mandatory);
- Knowledge of SAP Software will be an added value;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Knowledge of operative procurement/logistics is considered a plus;
- Good analytical skills and high attention to detail.
