Randstad Professionals is specialized in Recruitment and Selection of Middle & Top Management. In partnership with Hovione - a Global Company with more than 55 years of experience in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients ( API ) and Development Intermediate Products - we intend to recruit an Operational Excellence Specialist.This person will be responsible to lead, support improvement projects based on Lean Production, and the most common tools associated (5S, Standard Work, VSM, Cycle-time analysis, Visual Management and SMED). Will also be responsible to facilitate Risk Assessment and Problem Solving exercises.
Main responsibilities:
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and ensure sustainability, with different areas;
- Work with different departments within the Organization and identify improvement opportunities/projects;
- Support operational teams on successful implementation of Continuous Improvement tools, promoting appropriate training and providing technical coaching in daily application;
- Establish and monitor transversal KPIs;
- Perform Risk assessment and troubleshooting exercises.

Competências:
Profile:- Knowledge on Lean tools: 5S, Standard Work, VSM, Visual Management, Cycle-time analysis, SMED and OEE;
- Knowledge in Lean 6Sigma and Statistical Process Control will be valued;
- Fluent English, both written and oral;
- Good communication skills;
- Structured thinking with good problem solving and analytical skills;
- Teamwork ability and good human relationship.
