As Online Casino Manager you are responsible for the day to day management of all operational tasks for our online casino. Your primary challenge will be to own our casino lobby managing game content from in-house teams as well as a number of third-party providers. With the aim of having one of the industry’s best game offerings, you will be responsible for optimizing hundreds of games to help drive incremental revenue growth.Your main objective is to ensure the casino product is operating as efficiently as possible, which means that you’ll be directly responsible for all game and system configurations. As a result, you will work closely with marketing teams to ensure game content is a key part of the acquisition and CRM strategy.
You will also help shape the future development of the product while keeping up to date with competitor trends to ensure Sportingtech Casino continues to grow.

Your responsibilities:
- Own and optimize all game content across websites, mobile and download software
- Work closely with the Product team to manage and deliver the game content roadmap covering in house content and a wide range of third-party suppliers
- Be a key point of contact for some of the industry’s top providers and work together to grow the business
- Set up, configure and manage back-office tools for Casino operations to run effectively/efficiently
- You will also advise Product teams to develop new product features within the casino and for back-office tools
- Work with BI to review business trends and manage KPI performance of our game offering
- Identify and implement revenue generating opportunities across the business e.g. new game providers, product developments, lobby optimization
- Report on KPI performance to key stakeholders across the business
- Ensure Marketing teams are integrating game content as a key part of their acquisition and CRM strategies
- Ensure smooth running of the casino’s operational aspects such as fraud, bonus abuse, payments and KYC
- Work with Risk teams to monitor any suspicious playing patterns that will limit fraud and bonus abuse
- You will establish and uphold a professional standard across all casino & games player operations employees. As such you will establish best practices, improve on existing processes and introduce new ones for all casinos and their employees. You will interact with casino & games management to ensure the player operations activities are in line with the strategy and brand considerations
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively
- Constantly improving existing processes; identifying and implementing new revenue enhancing processes
- Business Awareness. Develops an understanding of the customer’s environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of first class service.
- Team Working. Acts as a team player and is viewed by colleagues as a helpful and effective member of the team.
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications
Essential:
- Education: High School or University studies in a technical field will be an advantage
- Fluent in Portugueseand English(mandatory)
- More than one years in a similar Casino Operations related role
- A results-oriented and seasoned revenue manager who is customer focused, and possesses strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Experience of working in a Global environment and operating in a complex and uncertain regulatory environment
- Knowledge of online casino and gaming products
- Experience managing operations within the online gaming
- Proven people management skills
- A track record of delivering budgeted KPIs and net revenue growth over sustained periods of time
Desired:
- Good presentation skills
- Good experience of user-centered product design and development
